How does it work?

At your initial visit your physical therapist will take a history of your overall health, current and past injuries, strengths and weaknesses on the course, current exercise routines/habits, and personal goals.

You will then be taken through a 16-part physical assessment screen to identify any physical limitations such as mobility, stability, strength, power, or balance. A video recording of your golf swing will be evaluated and compared to the results of your physical assessment. A personalized exercise program will then be developed to address the results of the initial evaluation. At follow-up visits, each roughly 2 weeks apart, your program will be reviewed and/or altered according to your progress thus far.
